Successful completion of ALERRT Level 1. Students must successfully complete the ALERRT Level 1 course. SB 1852 (88R) required the addition of 16 hours of ALERRT response to active shooter training. ALERRT Level 1 will not be reported separately. Any student enrolled in the BPOC 1000736 is compliant with the training mandate. There is no equivalent or substitute for the ALERRT Level 1 course.
